Progress percentage showing over 100%


This can occur if the estimate for the number of items on the source (in the source estimate column) is lower than the number of items the system has found to Migrate.


When this occurs the percentage is usually only a few percent over the 100% (For example 103%) unless the mailbox is very small. Please check the source and destination content to make sure they match and that nothing is missing. On the majority of migrations the content will match and nothing will be missing.


If you see the figure significantly over 100% then it is possible that the migration engine that migrates your mailbox has had to be restarted and the counter didn't reset correctly . Again, please check the source and destination content to make sure they match and that nothing is missing. 


This issue can also be seen if large amounts of content has been deleted or achieved from the source mailbox after a pass has been carried out with our system. When you run the next pass the number of items on the source has reduced and our system will show above 100%.


Although the figure is over it is unlikely that the content will be missing or duplicated and the issue is just within the percentage view itself.


Please raise a ticket if you feel our system has migrated incorrectly and has duplicated for failed to copy mailbox content.
